Andrew Ioannou – Secures Place at Mountview

We are incredibly proud of Andrew Ioannou, who has secured a place to continue his professional training at Mountview, one of the UK’s leading drama schools.

Andrew’s passion for performing began at a young age, developing his skills in acting, singing and dance before joining Allstars Academy in 2022. During his time at Allstars, Andrew grew into a confident and versatile musical theatre performer, taking part in numerous productions and competing successfully at both regional and national level.

His achievements include reaching the All England Dance Finals and representing England at the Dance World Cup, where he achieved an incredible 2nd place with his duet and 1st place as part of a small group.

Andrew went on to complete the Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Performing Arts (Musical Theatre) at Emil Dale Academy, graduating with an outstanding Distinction (DDD equivalent)* across his acting, singing and dance training.

His hard work continued to pay off during the highly competitive drama-school audition process, with Andrew successfully gaining degree-level training offers from Mountview, GSA and Emil Dale Academy.

Andrew has now chosen to continue the next chapter of his training at Mountview, and we could not be prouder of everything he has achieved.

All England Dance National Finals 2026 – Eastbourne

What an incredible experience we had at the All England Dance National Finals 2026 in Eastbourne!

The National Finals took place from 25 July–2 August 2026 at the Congress Theatre and Winter Garden, bringing together dancers who had progressed through the All England Dance qualifying and regional stages to reach the national competition. All England Dance describes its National Final as the pinnacle of the competition journey, celebrating talent, dedication and artistry from young dancers across the country.

We could not have been prouder of our Allstars Academy dancers. Simply reaching the National Finals is a huge achievement, and seeing our students perform on such a prestigious stage alongside some of the country's most talented young performers was incredibly special.

Every dancer who represented Allstars — from our soloists to our groups — showed such commitment, professionalism and passion. We came away from Eastbourne with some unforgettable memories, fantastic performances and achievements that we will be celebrating for a very long time.

What a moment for our Sound of Music Large Group Musical Theatre!

Our incredible cast took to the stage at the All England Dance National Finals and were crowned National Champions, taking 1st place in Large Group Musical Theatre.

We are immensely proud of every single performer involved. The teamwork, characterisation, performance quality and commitment that went into bringing this piece to the national stage made this achievement even more special.

🏆 GABRIELLA – NATIONAL SOLO WINNER

A huge congratulations to our wonderful Gabriella, who produced another very special moment for Allstars by winning her Musical Theatre solo section at the All England Dance National Finals.

To reach the National Finals as a soloist is an achievement in itself, but to take 1st place on the national stage is something truly exceptional.

We are incredibly proud of Gabriella and everything she has achieved through her hard work, dedication and love of performing.

Charlotte – UK Young Dancer 2026 Theatre Finalist

We are incredibly proud of Charlotte, who was selected as a UK Young Dancer 2026 Theatre Finalist, representing Allstars Academy on a national stage.

UK Young Dancer brings together talented young performers from across the country, giving dancers the opportunity to showcase their training, artistry and performance skills alongside some of the UK’s most exciting young talent. Reaching the finals is a fantastic achievement and reflects the exceptionally high standard Charlotte has worked so hard to achieve.

Charlotte’s dedication, versatility, commitment and love of performing continue to shine through in everything she does. Her beautiful stage presence and determination have made us incredibly proud, and seeing her represent Allstars Academy at this level is a wonderful achievement.

Aila McLeish Cast as Jemima Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Aila McLeish has been cast as Jemima Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at The Watermill Theatre.

This exciting role marks Aila’s professional debut, and we could not be prouder of her.

Aila has worked incredibly hard throughout her training, showing such commitment, determination and love for performing. To see her take this next step and make her professional stage debut in such an iconic musical is a very special moment for everyone at Allstars Academy.

We cannot wait to see Aila bring Jemima Potts to life on stage and enjoy every moment of this wonderful opportunity.

Our incredibly talented student Lola has been cast as Young Nala in the West End production of The Lion King!

Lola is an absolute star – hardworking, humble, and full of heart. She’s currently deep in rehearsals, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything she’s achieving.

We were lucky enough to witness the magical moment Lola found out she got the part – her mum received the email while Lola was in one of our dance classes, surrounded by her Allstars family. The joy, the love, the support… it was truly unforgettable.

Dance World Cup 2025 – World Champions 🌍🏆

Dance World Cup 2025 was an unforgettable chapter in the Allstars Academy story. Our dancers had the incredible opportunity to represent England on the world stage, performing alongside talented young dancers from across the globe.

We could not have been prouder of every student who represented Allstars. From our soloists and duets to our groups, our dancers showed outstanding commitment, professionalism, teamwork and passion throughout the competition. There were world medals, personal milestones and memories that will stay with our Allstars family forever.

But the biggest moment came when our incredible Senior Song & Dance Small Group, “Newsies,” were crowned WORLD CHAMPIONS, taking Gold at Dance World Cup 2025. Their vocals, storytelling, choreography and stage presence earned them 1st place and an invitation to perform at the prestigious Grand Final Gala.

Our Senior Song & Dance Small Group delivered a performance we will never forget.

Newsies combined powerful vocals, exceptional dancing, storytelling and true musical theatre performance to become Dance World Cup 2025 Gold Medalists and World Champions.

Being invited to perform the piece once again at the Grand Final Gala made an already extraordinary achievement even more special.

We are immensely proud of every member of this team and the dedication that went into creating such a memorable performance.

More Than a Competition

Dance World Cup was about so much more than medals. Our dancers lived, trained, performed, celebrated and supported one another throughout the experience, creating memories and friendships that went far beyond the stage.

The support of our teachers, families and wider Allstars community played such an important part in making the experience possible. It was an incredible celebration of everything we value at Allstars — talent, hard work, teamwork and a genuine love of performing.
